All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, is the property of Lakeland Storage Ltd. and is protected by Irish and international copyright and database right laws.

This website or any portion of this website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the written consent of Lakeland Storage Ltd.

Payments

Payment for storage units must be made in advance. If/when renewal payments are due, payment must be made by three days within the of expiry of the current term. Please note that identification may be required with initial deposit giving proof of name and address. Minimum rental period is one week. All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate. The company reserves the right to amend prices quoted should specifications or any other requirements change or to reflect any increased costs. Prices are reviewed on an ongoing basis and are subject to change without prior notice.

Non payment of Fees
If payment is not made by the due date, we reserve the right to refuse access to your unit until payment has been made in full. If payment remains unpaid for 21 days or more, we reserve to access your unit and any goods stored are subject to a lien, and therefore, may be sold in order to recover any outstanding fees due.

Termination
Any fees which have been paid in advance will be refunded to the nearest unused seven day period, together with any deposit paid. You will be refunded within seven to fourteen days following departure, providing sufficient notice of departure is given, and the storage unit clean and tidy. If you are in breach of our payment terms we reserve the right to terminate the contract.

Liability
Lakeland Storage is not responsible for any damaged goods where they have been handled by a third party not related to Lakeland Storage Ltd. Lakeland Storage accepts no responsibility for damaged items which have not been packed/protected by us.
Any damage caused to goods due to natural disasters shall not be covered.  For example, flooding, earthquakes etc.
In the event of a client declining our full protection service, Lakeland Storage will not be held responsible for any damage caused to articles we have not protected.

Ownership of Goods
In event of non-payment by a client Lakeland Storage reserves the right to ownership of said goods and also reserves the right to sell these goods to recoup ant outstanding monies owed by the client.

Access
Access is unlimited from Monday to Saturday.

Storage of Hazardous Materials
A licensee must not store perishable goods for example: fireworks, flammable liquids, dangerous chemicals or live animals/birds/pets etc..

Insurance
Lakeland Storage provides a minimum blanket insurance of €xxxxx for fire and theft. Extra insurance may be provided at the request of the client.

Suitability of Storage Unit
The customer acknowledges that any goods or items stored are entirely at their own risk.

Specifications and Publications
In the interest of ongoing development the company reserves the right to change product specifications without prior notice. All literature is subject to change without notice.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

General
Any delay in exercising any of our rights under this agreement will not impair our rights or to be a waiver of those rights, nor will any partial exercise or any rights preclude a further exercises of that right.

You may not assign any of your rights under this agreement or part with possession of the unit to any other person, firm or company.

The company will have the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time.

This agreement shall not create a tenancy, lease or any other relationship of landlord and tenant rules.
